1. Select the course bundle size that best fits your company training needs - reselect courses annually.
2. Import Safety Made Simple courses into your existing LMS and create enrollments immediately.
3. All user creation, reporting, etc. is handled within your current and familiar environment.
4. As Safety Made Simple updates courses, the courses within your LMS are automatically updated as well.

Individualized training is highly flexible; allowing users to train on their schedule as well as providing consistency in the delivered course material. But, for times when group training is preferred, consider the Instructor Led version of our courses, which allows an instructor to play the course for participants, stopping for discussion or talking points when needed. Assigning a quiz to participants is optional (but recommended) at the conclusion of training to ensure comprehension, retention and tracking.
