SMS developed this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to explain how SMS collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Information (defined below). 1. What is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” is information that, either alone or in combination with other information, identifies or relates to a particular individual. Examples of Personal Information include, among others, name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and online identifiers.

2. Types of Personal Information SMS Collects and Uses
A. Personal Information that you provide SMS

To provide you the Services, in various places within the Services, SMS may request you provide SMS certain Personal Information. SMS does not collect any Personal Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
For example, when you choose to create an account, SMS may request you provide certain Personal Information, including, but not limited to:

SMS will indicate when you create an account whether a particular field of Personal Information is mandatory or optional. If you choose not to provide certain Personal Information, SMS may not be able to provide the requested Services.

SMS collects the following types of Personal Information automatically through your use of the Services:

To improve the accuracy of the Services, SMS may track your location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Services. If you wish to change SMS’s access or permissions, you may be able to do so in your mobile device’s settings menu.

Log File Information
When you use the Services, SMS’s servers automatically record information, including your Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, referring URLs (e.g., the site you visited before coming to the Services), domain names associated with your internet service provider, information on your interaction with the Services, and other such information (collectively, “Log File Information”). SMS may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help SMS track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.
